HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER

You receive your products within 3 to 10 days across Europe. We’re working hard to meet our usual delivery aims.  If we can’t – because of the continued effects of Coronavirus , we’ll deliver as soon as possible. 

Is my shipment insured? Tracking number?

Yes we provide for all shipments a tracking number. All shipments are insured. If the shipment got lost on the way you get your money back or we resend you the items.

How you ship my order?

We always ship in neutral packages. Sender is not Vapodz. Nobody can see from outside what’s in the shipment.  Our logistic partners are DHL, RM and Fedex.

Are your poducts are legit?

Yes we only sell original products. We also give a 90 days guarantee

How can i pay?

You can pay secure with all major credit cards, bank transfer or crytpocurrency.

If i get a faulty products what can i do?

Get in touch with our customer care team at support@vapodz.com. Tell them what happened with the item and you get it replaced or refunded.
